Fazenda Agropesg was established in 1974, originally cultivating coffee, corn, soy, and wheat. However, by 1997, the farm began shifting its focus more toward coffee production.

In 2021, Cassio Yamamoto son of Ernesto Yamamoto and a longtime friend of Yuki returned to the farm to oversee its specialty coffee production. A year later, in 2022, they expanded the team by bringing in Karolyn to lead coffee operations and quality and Fernando to manage agronomy.

Today, they continue to refine and elevate their production, investing in new plots and implementing processing innovations to further enhance their coffee quality.
